Garlic is a natural antifungal. Garlic supplements will be the solution for those who worry about the breath. A garlic flush (see my post "that's a start" below) is also a good way to keep your bowel moving while killing the beast!
However, with natural antifungals it is better to rotate- change for another one- after 2 or 3 weeks.
