Breakfast - eggs soft or hard boiled, poached or scrambled or fried in butter or as omelette with onions, green pepper and maybe a bit of garlic; or buckwhet pancakes with butter
Lunch - I take a bag of vegetables to work with me. Usually broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, celery, radishes, just about anything but corn and potatoes
Dinner - some sort of meat (I particularly like hamburger and ground turkey burger, fish, shrimp); either a salad with whatever vegetables I have around with salad dressing made of olive oil and lemon juice, or a little cooked brown rice or millet with steamed or sauteed vegetables. I find lots of raw onions and garlic helps.
I like brown rice cakes for snacks, sometimes with almond butter.
