That's not bad; I'd recommend no sweeteners at all except Stevia powder, at least at first. Also no dairy products except for butter. I'd also recommend no fruits at all at least for the first month or so or till whenever the symptoms diminish.
I've been on a diet of mostly meat, eggs, any vegetables except corn and potatoes, and a few grains (buckwheat, millet, quinoa) for 2 1/2 months and I'm just starting to feel slightly better now. Most of my symptoms persist but are less frequent and less intense.
It will probably take one month of diet and supplements for every year you've had the symptoms. Depending on what I consider to be symptoms of candida that I've had, I'm expecting 4 to 10 months for myself. I've made it this far without giving in to the urges for sugars, starches and gluten grains. I hope I can keep at it!
