Re: Candex- seems to work well

These are the exact ingredients and quantities listed for two capsules of Candex:

Cellulase 74,000 CU
Hemicellulase 30,000 HCU
Amylase 4,000 DU
Invertase 1,000 SU
Malt diastase 200 DP
Glucoamylase 100 AGU

I think most of these are not what you'd usually find in digestive enzymes. I take digestive enzymes with pancreatin during or just after each meal and I take the Candex according to their instructions (two capsules at least 2 hours after last meal of the day and two capsules at least 1 hour before breakfast).

I've seen recommendations in various places to take cellulase and hemicellulase to help get rid of candida, although those references didn't specifically mention Candex by name.
