For me, I drink Shelley's protein shake (recipe found in The Best of Shelley). The shake also boosts the immune system, which is greatly needed for candida sufferers. Personally, it provides me with much energy and clarity, something we lack with brain fog.
Also, I use pumkin seed butter (lots of it!!) on split, cold buckwheat pancakes. It tastes like peanut butter on a sandwich, it is a bright green and a good antifungal!!! I love it because it makes me feel like I'm not on a diet! I posted about a page back on it (the post provides the recipe for buckwheat pancakes and a way to stave off the Sugar cravings...lemon and xylitol as a syrup on pancakes)!! I discovered these things before I lost 20 lbs that I couldn't afford to lose. I have stopped losing weight and I hope to regain some!!
