I have personally found sweating to be of good help to me. Swollen glands have been a problem for me the last few months, and adding a good "sweat program" to my other healing activities in the last week has done wonders for the lymphs. Check your Dosh first unless you already know that steam/saunas/hot showers make you feel good.
