I have cheated with Quinoa pasta that has quinoa and corn in it - two not too bad grains for candida. I use olive oil and tons of garlic and the big splurge is a dusting of reggiano parmesean.
I can live without milk, but I do miss cheese.
Thanks for your thoughts. Sometimes I get an all or nothing attitude and am perfect for a few weeks and then fall off the wagon in a big way. Purposeful, conscious cheats do seem like a better option.
