Hi, I agree with the above post....puffy eyelids and face is definitely a hypo symptom. It can also be a sign of food intolerance....the two are probably connected anyway. My face gets more full if I eat dairy products, I think it's just water imbalance/retention due to food intolerance and lack of essential fatty acids. Try and include plenty of those in your diet eg fish body oil, borage oil etc.
I think chemical sensitivities can improve in time. Do you take antioxidants like Vitamin A? A good cod liver oil eg Nordic Naturals should help with mcs, alongside others like vit E and C.
Maybe potassium rich foods will help with the bloating eg veggie juices.
Kefir would probably be better than home-made yoghurt as it contains more friendly bacteria.
Also you've only been on the diet a few weeks, best to stick to it for at least 3 months, though I know it's hard not to be tempted by sweet things!
I have no experience of Nystatin so can't comment on that.
