I could be wrong here (anyone feel free to offer a different opinion) but from what I understand, healthy mouth flora is just a side-effect of healthy gut/intestinal flora. If you re-populate the gut and intestines, that will affect your mouth. There is more involved to "implantation" than just supplying the missing probiotics. They have to "take" so to speak, and I don't think the mouth is a good place for flora to "take". However, swishing probiotics may have a good effect on the candida population in the mouth anyway, at least as a symptoms reducer.
