Borderline foods

There are several foods that seem to be borderline with a candida diet. You'll read one expert's opinion here and another expert's opinion there. I'm just curious what the real pros on this board think. I consume most of these items at least occasionally. What's everyone's opinion on these:

Carrots (freshly juiced)
cucumbers (juiced)
grapefruit
Granny Smith apples (most agree these are ok...but is there a limit?)
pineapple
berries
oatmeal (very curious about this one)
cottage cheese
sour cream
homemade chilli
stewed tomatoes

Quite honestly none of these effect me in a negative way....but then again I don't want to be unnecessarily feeding those little candida creatures if I don't have to. Tom
