I've read in number of different articles recently that sweating is vital in helping the body detoxify itself. They say that a sauna sweat or a hot bath sweat are the best, as apposed to an excercise sweat. So I went down to my local gym and bought myself a months membership so I could use their sauna. Anyway, I did 2 twenty minutes sessions in the sauna and both times my heart rate really sped up. At the end of the second session I checked my pulse at it was at 150 beats per minute.
Should I be worried about this? Is that a good sign? Any thoughts?
