I've been taking winter squash and slicing it into 4 even quarters. Then I sprinkle a little salt and pepper on it and add a generous amount of xylitol. Cover with tin foil and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes. It makes a great desert!!
Another idea is to take your favorite homemade chai tea recipe and use xylitol instead of sugar, low fat soy milk instead of regular milk, and a decaf black tea instead of a caffinated black tea. It makes a great after dinner desert.
