Unfortunately the part of garlic that contains odor, also contains allicin. Of course you will find plenty of debate about that. But I wouldn't want to waste my time taking anyhitng I was not SURE was working. Chop up fresh garlic as small little pieces that you can swallow whole then rinse down with water without chewing. This has worked for me with little or no garlic smell. Also try eating some parsley afterwards. Its important to get healthy, maybe just don't eat wiht breakfast or lunch where co-workers will smell. Wait til you get home. Seriuosly taking it without chewing works great. Instead of chopping by hand , get a little oxo garlic chopper, saves tons of time.
