rlm, I agree 100%. There seems to no aspect of candida treatment that is not replete with controvery and contradictions. First, cutting the garlic into small pieces undoubtedly releases some of the allicin. Personally, I would have very little confidence in a packaged garlic product that had not been freeze dried. The surest course of action is eat crushed fresh garlic. Chewing the garlic will crush it as well. A glass of yogurt or kefir will eliminate any "burning" caused by the garlic.
