I have been taking it in between my meals, My day always begins with a small glass of water with a squeeze of fresh lemon....helpful for the liver. Then about 15 minutes to 1/2 hour I take my p&b shake to get my bowels going and then I have my breakfast... oatmeal,apples or my organic cereal with soy milk then all my supplements including my acidophilus. About an hour after is when I take the Aerobic Oxygen with Aloe Juice.. Sounds pretty packed with things to do I know but once you have a ritual so to speak it's smooth sailing and your on your way to recovery!! You have plenty of energy and well at least I did cause I went from Bed ridden to functional again!! It's because of this that keeps me going ,I thought for sure that I was done for!
I usually have my lunch and then take it again and then after supper...Everyone is different though, experiment, try before meals, or after...it depends all on you , if you think it'll make you sick after eating try it before you eat.
What stage are you at? Have you done any cleanses? I know it's pretty daunting at first but you know what they say....If you want something bad enough, you have to work at it...that inludes your health!!
