Re: did you use the pills from the Karen Tripp's doctor?
Hi - yes, I do believe she got rid of her infection in 6 weeks with the pilss. And yes, I have tried them. What is important is to remember that Karen Tripp's symptoms did not indicate a systemic infection - she says on her website that her main symptom was vaginal yeast infections. She did not get brain fog, etc (although she did get bloated). She also says that she took a copper supplement which I would think helped her just as much as the SF722 pills.
Personally, I tried the SF722 pills for about 6 months without any luck (this included an all-protein diet, as well as various yeast/sugar/starch free vitamin supplements). They helped a little bit. What REALLY helped was when I started replacing the minerals that I was low in. I began by getting a hair mineral test. This showed low copper, iron, selenium, etc etc etc. I began supplementing what was low and reading ALOT (particularly all the info on ithyroid.com, which could take weeks). With time, I got dramatically better. I agree with the theories on ithyroid.com but I also have a few of my own. The symptoms that candida sufferers experience as SOOOOOO similar to hypothyroidism that I refuse to believe that there is not a connection between the two (cold hands/feet, brain fog, swollen face/limbs, etc). If you live in Canada, milk the free health care system. Get any and all blood test you can starting with tests of thyroid hormone, red and white blood cell counts, liver enzyme counts. Tell those doctors whatever it takes to get the tests done. Sure it's lying, but you will get the results you need to get better, and God knows most doctors won't help you if you bring up 'candida'. Find out if any of your dental fillings have mercury in them. Are you eating alot of tuna? These things may sound trivial, but they are very important.
Best of luck
