Fighting Yeat With Yeast

I'm about 80-90% recovered. But it's been frustrating trying to regain my full health. So, I have started taking Saccharomyces Boulardii, a yeast. S. Boulardii, is closely related to common bread yeast, and has been used in Europe to contol colon problems for many years. The idea is that S. Boulardii out competes candida for resources. The more aggressive S. Boulardii literally starves the candida into submission. The great thing is that S. Boulardii is not a "resident" organism in the human intestines. Stop taking S. Boulardii, and seven days later it is no longer in your intestines. Now that your gut is no longer slopping over with candida, the lactobacteria have a much better chance of implanting themselves. I'll let you know how it goes.
