And yet I seem to have a whooping case of cadida. Why?
I felt really good a few years ago when I was Atkins-dieting, smart and healthy. Then I had a problem with Gallstones and after three weeks of contant pain under my right ribcage, I did the Liver Flush and felt better immediately. But because I connected the Gallstones with the amount of nuts I had been eating, I cut out the nuts and soon fell off the Atkins-wagon. My health then spiralled downward pretty quick.
What happened to me? Is overindulging in refined carbohydrates, by itself, enough to cause this? I almost never take Antibiotics but I did gain back all the Atkins weight loss.
Still trying to figure out what to eat here and it is not easy.
