Does this sound like a good idea?

Frankly, theological discussions bore me, so I'm going to leave the Muslim thing alone. However, I have been fermenting kefir from grains for the last four months. Well fermented kefir contains only a trace amount of lactose. Futher, kefir brewed from grains contains about 30 benefical microrganisms, lactic acid, a number of "B" vitamins, and is easy to digest. What's not to like? The MOST important thing about grain fermented kefir is this: it only looks disgusting, it actually tastes pretty darn good. Fizzy bubbles and alcohol, put a minature umbrella in the glass if it makes you feel any better. Anyway, kefir fermented from grains appears to have the potential to do much good, and very little chance of doing any harm.
