Cool, sounds promising. I still haven't gotten my stuff yet. Called the company and said I should have it by today - delayed because of the holidays. I wanted to ask you, if I recall correctly I thought you said you were female. Have you had any vaginal related candida problems? Mine is out of control and no matter what I try, even prescription drugs, nothing is really getting rid of it. The AO says it gets rid of vaginal candida as well as systemic, so I am hopeful. So you've definitely noticed a more pronouced die-off since being on the AO? That's great. I'm so anxious to finally get mine and get started. My grandpa wants to try it too and I want to get my husband on it. I'm wondering too if it can help with weight loss. My candida works with making me overweight. I need to lose about 100 lbs. I can't lose weight no matter how hard I try. I'm hoping once the beasties start dying that the weight loss will naturally start happening. Have you had any such luck?
