Well it's been one of those days! My doctors appt got screwed up! The receptionist booked me an appt alright but with my regular doctor even though I requested otherwise...so back to square one with that one.
I can tell ya, when I came down with Candida everything in my world was wrong. I too struggled with weight, like I was on my treadmill 45 minutes a night and eating practically just carrots and Celery sticks and still nothing was coming off.(Let me tell you that was hard to do when it I couldn't even find the energy to get out of bed. I didn't have too many vaginal yeast infections, but when I did although you may think it sounds gross I bought myslf a tub of plain yogurt with natural culture and stuck it right in there and that would always do the trick.
