the first easy thing to do is to cut out all grains and sugars, including fruit sugar. Eat as much food raw as you can. Broth like soups are good. Vegetable proteins in place of flesh (meat) proteins. Fish is good, but eat with lots of veggies, about 80% veggies to 20% proteins & fats. It sounds impossible, but it's not. An acid/alkaline forming food chart will help you to choose alkaline forming veggies and proteins. Choose ones that are low or no Sugar veggies, such as zucchini, lettuce, green beans, etc. Yeast, bacterias and virii thrive in an acid environment, so the trick is to alkalize your body to make it slighly more alkaline than acid.
You will have many questions to come. Just start one step at a time and don't try to rush or you will get confused and frustrated. Be careful of some of the candida diets, though. Some say fruit is ok to eat. For most people suffering from candida it isn't ok. The Sugar in fruit will feed the candida and cause it to multiply.
