hi, i've been 100% raw for a couple of weeks now and loving it, except i want to get a wider variety of dishes in my diet, and am thinking of a degydrator.whats everyones opinion on these? how exactly do they work, because they have heaters in right? can anyone recommend certain types to look out for or anything.
also, do you find that you're a lot easier filled up on this diet? i'm also experiencing gas and bloating quite often. i think i've been over-eating and probably eating too much fruit (i have candida issues).
any thoughts would be much appreciated.
