My current addiction is flax seed chips. I pour whole flax seed in a bowl and doublecover them with water. People say you need to use the same amount of water as seed, but I like it this way. Thinner and crispier. Add salt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and liquid aminos. If your not raw you can use soy sauce. Pour off as much water as you can without losing seeds. Pour the rest on the dehydrator sheets and dehydrate. You can dry them until the are crispy for a "chip-like" feel or chewy. I use the chewy for a taco shell or like sandwich bread. I've not had much success with making raw bread.
