Re: HELP! How can I avoid getting so thin from low carb diet.

Arrowhead makes a pancake mix and sells just Buckwheat Flour. I buy the flour and make my own. It's not cheap, I pay about $3.79 for a 2 lb bag. I use so much of it I am going to purchase a 44 lb bag. My recipe is on the following link. In reviewing it, I probably use less oil. It's just that I make them every day and never measure. If I didn't eat these, I would be as skinny as a rail.
