Primal Defense does a good job - give it 6 full weeks. At the SAME time, find a GOOD garlic supplement. Garlic is very effective with many fungi including Aspergillus, Candida, Coccidioides, Cryptococcica, Histoplasma and Trichophyton. Between the two, you should get a handle on the Candida.
