I found out that the parasite "cryptosporidium" [my parasite] does indeed produce chemicals such as pge2 and can directly activate H synthase2 expression on intestinal epithelial cells.
See? This proves that these types of creatures have the ability to directly affect the mucosal tissues and smooth muscle tissue!
I am starting to see a picture emerging after so many pieces of the puzzle are scattered everywhere.
I need to tie-in the relationship of histidine and calcineurin in all this.
By understanding the "main" mechanisms of these pathogens, we'll start to uncover crucial weaknesses. Shroom
