It seems that raw apple cider vinegar feeds my candida...
Candida seems to like it...
I can ward off die-off just by using it as a dressing...

Things like wine... cheese are sometimes asked to be avoided on candida eradication plans so even though Apple cider vinegar may be alkaline but it feeds candida... maybe due to the fact that it's a fermented product... anyone know why.
