Re: Cold Feet??? Really not figuratively
You can also try a diaphoretic(compunds that increase circulation to the periphery off the body) Yarrow is supreme.
Also at the end of your shower switch between cold water and hot water for a couple of minutes. Just go back and forth, cold for 20 seconds, hot for 20 seconds
but cold hands and feet..a strong indictaor of Hypothyroidsim.
what is your waking body Temp? If you do not know do this.
before you go to bed shake down a baby thermometer.
Upon waking take the thermometer and place it snuggly into your armpit. do not move
After 10 minutes remove the thermometer
do this for 5 days and record your temp each day.
if it is below normal body temp..you have a very strong probrability of low thyroid output,
I then would suggest some Gugululipids to help boost thyrid output.
If soy is a big part of your diet ,I would stop eating it right away.
