Wow... I need this so badly...
Now all I have to do is work on my consistency with this supplement...
i don't work until after noon tomorrow... I'll stop at my local health food store and get some...
maybe it'll prevent me from eating all the sweets they have at my disposal at work...
ice cream... candy bars... whatever's sweet.. when I get to work there it is for me however much I want... all at my disposal...

but with glutamine... maybe I can stick to my yeast cleanse.
