Try buckwheat. It will keep your energy up and add calories to your diet. I tolerate it real well and help keep you from losing too much weight. I would be in bad shape if it weren't for buckwheat. Much better than rice.


You can also flavor them with Carob Powder, cinnamon or vanilla.
