Thanks for pointing this out. 8 oz. of carrot juice was recommended for a candida diet in one of my books. Because of this, I assumed that it must have a much lower Sugar content. When I cut out breakfast, trying to cut down on carbs I increased my morning carrot juice to 16 oz. without thinking to much about it. I was completely shocked to find out that carrot juice has almost as much Sugar in it as a can of soda. A can of soda has 150 calories (all from sugar) carrot juice has 140 calories (mostly from sugar.) I will immediately be cutting from 16 oz. to 6oz.
