I am going back to Europe in few days and I am afraid that I will have to break my strict diet here and there. SO I was looking for your input in terms what is the worst foods that I can take while batteling candida (1 being the worst).
My ranking would be
1. Refined carbs (cookies, crackers, etc)
2. White flour products
3. Products with yeast (breads, croissants)
4. Fermented products (alchohol, vinegar)
6. White rice
I am debating how harmfull some of these products are and maybe I can cheat a bit with them:
Olives, goat feta cheese, apple cinder vinegar or any vinegar (many sallads in europe come already prepared with vinegar), corn flour (sporadicly), carbonated water, red wine (on very very few occassions), paprika.
I just cannot resist some of the baked products that may be made with white flour but without yeast.
