Thanks for the lengthy response. Here is something I hav enoticed. More whole grian the flour is, more gluten it has. So if I have some homemade whole grain slice of bread, the slice is packed with gluten compared to the more white flour. How come?

I am staying away form the nightshades due to the fact that I have Psoriasis and Pagano's guidelines states to avoid these veggies. from what I have read they are poisonous in a small amount, and many folks do not have a sensitivity to it, but P patiens do.


I feel like I have claned up a bit. I have been eliminating food on a daily basis. I have eat tons of veggies and meat, but my Psoriasis is yet to dramaticly improve (there are improvements thou).
