Basically, rather than focus on the lab test results, which can make you crazy because even normal can be bad or below normal can be good, focus instead on your identifiable symptoms and then get rechecked in about 6 months. Compare the numbers - even the normal ones - and see if they've gone up or down.

In the meantime, do a more comprehensive liver program. The Liver Notes in the FAQ gives you tons of options. What I'm sensing is a really badly placed liver stone and too many gallstones, and this might be due to parasites. Have you done a parasite cleanse yet? Parastroy is the strongest, most comprehensive, that I know of. It's best to do 2 sets of parasite cleanses, like 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on.

If you don't see any released with the first set, you may not need to continue. You can test to see if you have large parasites by overdosing on raw pumkin seeds and and turmeric. Check your stools and be on the look out for any strange abdominal rumblings.

So... good bowel management (colonics, home enemas with a colema setup or enema bucket setup), parasite cleanse, then lots of stone dissolving agents such as liquid phosfood and/or gold coin grass, and at least 2 more flushes. Take special care to soften those stones! and take herbs to increase bile, such as coptis, dandelion, artichoke.

The Protein Shake should be a regular part of your diet, altho it's been known to decrease cholesterol, you need these nutrients so that the liver can do what it needs to do. :) And the Kichadi recipe should be easy for you to digest so you can keep up your strength and weight.
