Yep, about 10 pounds and all in the belly, like a tire around my middle.

Typically I eat oatmeal with organic butter and whole milk for b-fast
(add Sea Salt ). For lunch and dinner its usually steamed rice, veggies, and baked chicken- with lots of olive oil and Sea Salt .
I found that I crave this fat/salt combo, which is why I've been eating so much of it. I also take probiotics, flax seed oil (6g/day!) and Livatone Plus.
I walk alot, but that has not changed recently.
I guess I should just reduce my portions? I've always had a healthy appetite, so I could be just eating too much.
