The most important sleep is between 10 and 2, so at least you get that.

We make sure that we get up early, it seems we feel better in daytime. We usually get up between 6 and 7. And some times we put the alarm clock at 6.30.

In general we try to be asleep by 10, but it never seems to be later than 10.30.
