Frankly I wish I'd never heard of this. I try to get to bed by 10:30 but I just lay there and try not to watch the clock. I hate it and it makes it harder to relax. I don't do mornings very well, especially since I don't drink coffee :( and there's no reason for me to get up early.
The whole concept makes me feel very ornery, like who decided I have to go to bed at 10:00, and is that eastern standard or pacific time? What about daylight savings time, how does my body know the diff? And who died and made Andreas the boss of me?
