This is a hard one. I know that my acupuncturists believed the same thing regarding going to sleep early. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes if you stay up late, which is yin time, you will actually injure yin over time. From what I understand, this is harder on women than men, because women are creatures of yin; men of yang. But I can't figure out how to be on a schedule when you have little ones at home, who go to sleep at different times, wake up during the night, get up early sometimes, late other times. I would love to be able to go to sleep early, but I would need to hire a second mom for the house. Any takers?
