Did you take a vacation/break?

Yep, been tested all my life for diabetes (negative) because I always answer YES to those questions about thirst and urination. Never any pain or burning, though, but definitely urgency.
Mom had it too, so I always thought it was a genetic thing.
Does that sound more like IC or mag?

If you recall, I also have severe insomnia, esp in response to fermented foods (alc, vinegar) and/or cig smoke. It won't save me completely, but I do sleep better when I remember to take my CalMag supplements.

Does long term candida cause mag definicency?

I'll try the mag salts. I also feel like I'm getting tons of good fats, but not those listed. I can try to add aloe juice, cod liver oil, and the teas.
