I've been doing all this cleansing, flushing, and liver strengthening for over a year now, with the eventual goal of a healthy pregnancy (and my own good health, of course).
Things are going well, even though I know I'm not there yet.
I'd like to try to get pregnant in about a year.
I have an OB-GYN and she has suggested I start pre-natal vitamins.
I know folic acid is really important, but I'm curious about your take on pre-natal vitamins, and preparing the body for pregnancy in general.
