Hi Dean,

I know how is it, right now it fills out my days... :)
I'm pretty sure about one thing: the candida control diet is essencial! They say with Threelac people don't have to be on diet - well, I'm on Threelac and when I cheated the diet 2 days ago, I could see the bad result of it the very next day...
How bad is your candida? How long do you have it?
