This is a great post. Emotional and spiritual well-being
and development is a key to healing.
I have experimented and concluded this as well.
I don't know what EFT is but the idea of removing rather
than adding is a very important lesson.
There is also transformative methods. Taking accountability.
The idea of transforming/recycling something you are accountable -
like your health.
Take relationships with others... some you cannot remove but
you can transform them and in order to do that you take
accountability for the relationship you have with that other
person... no longer believing in seperation as a real option.
