Re: Terrible cravings

Hi Hedvig,
I can really-really understand u, u r just like me...
I'm having a real hard time learning to stop. I am usually very good for a week or 2 or 3, then I break down, and eat something that I shouldn't then I can start it all over again. So this is so far the hardest thing in my life. I believe I have this "disease" because life wants me to learn something. I very much believe it. Last summer I was very close to healing but I gave up just before it happened, I got terrible cravings I just couldn't handle.
By the way, juice fast: also wanted to do it, since spring is coming, but I read this: "Fasting should usually not be performedby persons with addictions, especially food-related addictions(e.g., anorexia, bulemia, binging, over-eating for emotional reasons, etc.)." So I decided this is not for me yet.
Good luck!
