Good Lord! It's all too confusing to me! I suppose if you take them in small doses it should be ok. I guess we are all guinea pigs - the only thing is how do we know who is right and who is wrong?? I wouldn't want to be taking the apricot seeds with high doses of Vitamin C and wait and see what happens. I would want more facts.
