congradulations! so it IS working! I have been on and off of the diet with all those stressful exams and hardly any sleep. Wow.. hard to function that way! I have another exam tomorrow night and have just started summer session where the courses are condensed into 3 weeks... I might drop summer session, my other 2 evening courses are a lot as it is... anyway enough complaining..
so far I have put on anything the I had lost. Exams were stressful and I wasnt prepared to fix my diet around them, but at least I didnt gain! like I did last term.
I went back on the diet today, I shall let you know whats happening!
