Trying to change a bad habit while your life is filled with stressful things is NOT easy! However, I am still trying to continue with the diet, even though most days I dont follow it to the letter. The biggest change that I have made so far is that I make sure I eat something for breakfast with in 1 hr of waking. Now it has become a habit. I try to eat every 3 hrs but my crazy time table doesnt allow it. so sometimes I might not eatr for 4-6 hrs. Well, I shall see how things go, I am going to do a weigh in tomorrow morning and see how well I do next week!!
