I have to asy that I havent been too good at folowing this diet with all my latenight studying and early morning classes.. seems to really mess my schedule up and my eationg habits. However I have tried to stick to eating every three hours, sometimes not so successfuly and yet when I weighed myself today I was down 6 lbs since I started this diet. I was very astonished! I though that I might have even gained some with all the binges I do when I study... weird... maybe this three hour thing does work. Although I think that I didnt quite lose that 2 lbs a week since I started this diet but even so... glad to be down 6!
