I have been trying this plan for the past few months. Although not perfectly but I do find when I stick to it I do lose 1-2 lbs per week. I think that is a healthy amount of weight to lose. Plus it also teaches about food portions which is so very helpful to a diet. Since you don't completely cut out certain foods it is also the easiest plan. However, Like anything else I found it hard to get out of my bad habits and form good ones.
