since i've been fasting on and off, i have been losing weight, and I started the 3 hour thing, and its not hard to keep eating b/c I enjoy it, in moderation. And due to fasting, I still have a small appetite, so the 3hr is easy to follow. However, I think I drink too often, once or 2x a week, and when I do that, I barely eat, which increases my weight loss. It's not healthy to fast on alcohol but it happens too often for me at the moment. Anywho, I still lose more when I eat moderately, and thus far I've lost a good 4 pounds since I last wrote. I'm going to continue.
